The following case studies are based on the Principal’s hourly rate of $80.  All prices are exclusive of GST

• Employees: 2 paid fortnightly
• Bank Account: 1 Business Account (statement = 2 pages per month)
• Credit Card: 1 Business Credit Card (statement = 2 pages per month)
• Tax Liabilities: BAS & PAYG calculated, lodged & paid quarterly
• Customer Invoicing & Supplier Payments: all of which Jill manages in-house
Freedom can help: collect all Jill’s paperwork each quarter, enter into the best accounting software option, reconcile business bank & credit card accounts, process & lodge BAS’s, inform Jill of Tax and Payroll liabilities & due dates, produce financial statements so she can make informed decision regarding the direction of her business.

Estimated cost for Jill to recapture the FREEDOM to work on her business not in her business :
$350 - $450 per month

Jack’s Plumbing Supplies

• Employees: 8 paid monthly
• Bank Account: 1 Business Account (Statement = 4 pages per month), 1 Merchant Account (Statement – 2 pages per month)
• Credit Card: 3 Business Credit Cards (Statements = 4 pages per month)
• Tax Liabilities: BAS calculated, lodged & paid quarterly. IAS (PAYG) calculated, lodged & paid monthly
• Customer Invoices: approximately 15 per month
• Supplier Payments: approximately 20 per month

Freedom can help: collect all Jack's paperwork each month (or week) or visit him at his office, enter into the best accounting software option, reconcile business bank accounts & credit card accounts, process & lodge BAS and IAS’s, inform Jack of Tax & Payroll liabilities & payment due dates, send customer invoices & statements and follow up on payment terms, manage supplier payments so they are paid on time, produce financial statements so Jack can make up-to-date decisions regarding the direction of his business.
